        Qinghai Provincial National Tax Bureau locates in Qinghai Province Xi'ning District Wen-hua Street No.11, it is chief bureau rank. It is founded in August 1994, seperated with the Qinghai provincial Taxation Office, under the administer of National Tax Bureau. With regards to organs, sizes, expenditures, leading cadres examination and approval, it is under direct leadership that the upper level manages the lower level. The leading members of the provincial bureau are: CPC General Branch secretary and director Rao Yong,CPC General Branch member and deputy director Pei Yu,CPC General Branch member and Disciplinary and Supervisory Group Leader Xu Feng,CPC General Branch member and deputy director Wen-Sheng Liu,Zhang Jing,Su-Hua Hu,CPC General Branch member and chief economist Wei-Min Liu,CPC General Branch member and chief accountant Shi-Jun Gao. There are Offices, Personnel Department (the Office of Retired Cadres), Education Department,and Technological Development Zone, National Tax Bureau of 49 districts (counties), and 41 taxation offices (and branches).
        Up to the end of 2007, there were 3990 employees working in the provincial National Tax Bureau system. There were 47982 taxpayers under the revenue management altogether, included 796 state-owned corporations, 925 collective corporations,183 joint-stock cooperation companies,19 pool corporations,3795 co,ltd, 211 joint-stock limited companies,3087 personal-owned companies, 103 foreign investment and foreign enterprises, and with 50 others else, 38774 private enterprises. In which there were 2213 general value added tax taxpayers, 2014 were brought into the management of anti-fake value added tax control system.
